What is Yeon Deung Hoe (Lotus Lantern Festival)
Yeon Deung Hoe (Lotus Lantern Festival) is a thousand-year old Korean folk festival. It began in the Shilla Period and lasted through the Goryeo and Joseon periods to its full grandeur of modern times.
